摘  要:以马来酸酐为主要单体,衣康酸为共聚单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂的自由基反应体系中添加链调节剂,得到相对分子质量为300—700的聚羧酸型无甲醛免烫整理剂LMP。采用将聚合生成物(PMIA)施加到指定的棉织物上所获得免烫效果的方法,确定聚合反应工艺条件。免烫效果的主要考核指标为整理品的折皱回复角、拉伸强力和白度。观察到因某些工艺因素如引发剂用量不足、反应温度过低或过高以及反应时间过短等造成聚合物体系析出结晶,并经分析测定,确定析出物的结构。将LMP用于不同规格或品种棉织物的免烫整理中,表明该聚合物用于棉织物免烫整理具有较好的普适性。A formaldehydefree nonironing finishing agent LMP with low molecular weight ranging from300 to 700 is obtained by adding chain terminator into the copolymerization system which is consisted ofmaleic anhydride as the main monomer, itaconic acid as the comonomer and is initiated by potassiumpersulfate. The selected conditions of polymerization reaction are determined according to the evaluation of main properties including wrinkle recovery angle, tensile strength and whiteness of the PMIA finished cotton fabrics. It is observed that crystals precipitation out from the polymer systems is due to theinappropriate synthesis conditions such as insufficient dosage of initiator, too low or too high reactiontemperature or too short reaction time. The structure of the precipitation is analyzed and confirmed. After being finished with LMP, dozen different kinds of cotton fabrics can obtaine good nonironing finishing performance, which suggests the great possibility of using LMP as a nonironing finishing agent oncotton fabrics.
