棉散纤维的湿短蒸前处理

摘　　要：采用自制散纤维湿短蒸设备,以"纤维→纤维层→纤维"的形式对棉纤维进行湿短蒸连续化前处理加工。结果表明,反应箱内温度保持在130℃,相对湿度为40%,纤维层通过反应箱的时间为3 min时,前处理后棉纤维的吸水性和白度达到加工要求。该工艺简便、高效、节能,解决了以往单缸处理劳动强度大和生产效率较低的问题。Using the self-made wet shortened steaming equipment, a continuous shortened wet-steam-ing pretreatment of loose cotton is carried out in form of ＂fiber-fiber layer-fiber＂. The results showthat the pretreated cotton fiber can reach good absorbency and whiteness under the conditions of fiberlayer passing through the reaction chamber within 3 min at 130 ℃ with relative humidity 40%. The pro-cess is simple, high efficiency and energy saving.
