摘　　要：采用分散彩蓝B对涤纶超细纤维进行染色,探讨了染色温度、保温时间、p H值、匀染剂类型及用量对染料上染性能的影响。结果表明,分散彩蓝B的优化染色工艺为:超细纤维匀染剂TF-212K 0.4 g/L,螯合分散剂TF-510C 0.5 g/L,p H调节剂AB-45 1 g/L,分散匀染剂TF-212M 1 g/L,p H值4.0左右,染色温度130℃,保温50 min。染料质量分数小于8.00%(omf)时,色光纯正,提升性好,得色率佳。Superfine polyester fiber dyeing with Disperse Brilliant Blue B is carried out.The influences ofdyeing temperature, dyeing time, pH value, the type and concentration of leveling agents on dyeingproperties are discussed. The optimum dyeing process is leveling agent TF-212K 0.4 g/L, chelating dis-persant TF-510C 0.5 g/L, pH regulator AB-45 1 g/L, dispersing and leveling agent TF-212M 1 g/L at 130 ℃ for 50 min, and pH value is about 4.0. Satisfactory shade, good build up property and high dye exhaus-tion can be obtained with less than 8.00%（omf）Disperse Brilliant Blue B.
