摘 要:为了研究不同饲养条件对青年新疆褐牛生长过程中不同时期日增重与血清生化指标水平的影响,选取16月龄左右的未去势青年新疆褐牛68头,分为散栏组和栓系组,每组34头。分别于10、11、12月及次年1和2月进行青年牛体重与饲料的测定,并采集血样进行胃动素(MLT)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、组织胺(HA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、葡萄糖(GLU)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总氨基酸(TAA)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量的检测。结果显示:在12、1、2月散栏组日增重极显著高于栓系组(P<0.01)。散栏组青年牛血清中MLT、5-HT、NE、HA、GLU、LDH、ALP和TAA含量在测定的月份呈部分或全部显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于栓系组。结果表明:栓系与散栏2种饲养方式条件下进行青年牛育肥,自由采食散栏饲养方式比栓系饲养能显著改善未去势青年育肥牛体内代谢水平和提高日增重。The experiment was aimed to study the effect of the different feeding conditions on the changes of daily gain and serum biochemical index levels in different period of growing youth Xinjiang brown cattle. Sixty-eight Xinjiang brown cattle at 16-months-old were selected and divided into scattered and tethered groups,each of the 34 head. We measured body weight,forage and tested blood samples of the content of MLT,5-HT,norepinephrine,histamine,creatine kinase,glucose,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase,total amino acids and acetylcholine in October,November,December,January and February. The results showed that daily gains in scattered group was significantly higher than that in tethered group in December,January and February( P0. 01). Serum MLT,5-HT,NE,HA,GLU,LDH,ALP and TAA contents in Scattered group were significantly higher than those in tethered group in one to three months,respectively. In conclusions,ad libitum scattered feeding mode can significantly improve in vivo metabolism level of fat and weight gain in growing youth Xinjiang brown cattle.
