摘 要:国际海事组织2008年10月批准了MARPOL附则Ⅵ的修正案,对NOX的排放实施严格限制,航运企业面临严峻的考验。通过对SCR(选择性催化还原)技术在船舶柴油机尾气处理工作原理的阐述,针对四冲程柴油机和二冲程柴油机的SCR系统结构不同,详细分析了SCR系统的工作流程和减排效果,并指出SCR技术的优点及必须重视的问题,预测分析了船舶柴油机应用SCR技术的前景。SCR系统可有效降低船舶NOX的排放量,并满足相关公约的要求,该技术配置在远洋船舶具有较好的应用前景。International Maritime Organization approved the MARPOL Annex VI amendment in October, 2008 to perform strict restrictions on NOX emission. The shipping companies are consequently facing severe challenges. This paper elaborates the working principles of SCR(selective catalytic reduction) technique in marine diesel engine exhaust gas treatment, analyzes in detail the working procedure and emission reduction effect of the SCR system according to the structure differences of SCR systems for 4-stroke and 2-stroke diesel engines, and clarifies the advantages and the issues which need attention of the SCR technique, and predicts the outlook of SCR application to marine diesel engines. The SCR systems may effectively reduce marine NOX emission and meet the requirements of relative conventions, having good prospect of application on ocean-going vessels.
