红花黄色素在早期糖尿病肾病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花黄色素在早期糖尿病肾病中的治疗价值。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用红花黄色素治疗,比较两组治疗前后的肾功能、血糖以及炎性因子水平的变化。结果:两组治疗前的肾功能、血糖以及炎性因子指标均无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组的UAER、Scr、BUN低于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论:红花黄色素可抑制早期糖尿病肾病患者的炎性反应,降低尿蛋白,在一定程度上保护患者的肾功能。Objective：To investigate the application value of safflower yellow pigment in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：60cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given safflower yellow therapy based on the control group,two groups were compared with the before changes of renal function,blood glucose and inflammatory factor level after treatment.Results：Before the treatment,there were no statistical significance in renal function,blood glucose and inflammatory factor index between the two groups.After treatment,UAER,Scr,BUN in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,TNF-alpha,IL-6,IL-10 was lower than those in the control group,there were statistically significant.Conclusion：Safflower yellow pigment can inhibit the early inflammatory reaction in patients with diabetic nephropathy,reduce urinary protein,and protect renal function of patients.
