高血压肥胖患者血清同型半胱氨酸检测临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与高血压肥胖的相关性。方法:选择662例体检人群为研究对象,采用循环酶法检测血清Hcy水平,分别依高血压分级分组、依高血压的类型分组及肥胖分级分组,分析高血压肥胖与血清同型半胱氨酸的相关性。结果:高血压分级分组中,随着血压的升高,Hcy水平呈现出逐渐上升的趋势。与正常血压组相比,高血压组、2级高血压组、3级高血压组的Hcy明显升高;高血压的类型分组中,双期高血压组的Hcy水平较正常血压组显著升高;肥胖分级分组中,随着体重指数的升高,Hcy水平越来越高。与非肥胖组相比,肥胖组、二级肥胖组的Hcy水平明显升高;与非肥胖正常血压组相比,非肥胖高血压组与肥胖高血压组的Hcy均明显升高。结论:血清Hcy是发生高血压肥胖的一个重要的危险因素。检测血清Hcy水平对高血压和肥胖的预防、诊疗具有重要的临床意义。Objective：The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation of serum Hcy level and two diseases：obesity and hypertensive disease.Methods：A total of 662check-up individuals were recruited as subjects and then were subdivided according to hypertension grade,hypertension type and obesity grade,respectively.Serum Hcy level was detected by the method of cyclophorase,and correlation analysis were conducted based on the parameters above.Results：In hypertension grade groups,with the blood pressure increasing,serum Hcy level took on a rising trend.Compared with normal blood pressure group,the serum Hcy level of all grades in hypertension group was significantly increased.In hypertension type groups,the serum Hcy level of systolicand diastolic hypertension group was significantly increased when compared with that of normal blood pressure group.In obesity grade groups,with the BMI increasing,serum Hcy level also showed a rising trend.In comparison of non-obesity group,the serum Hcy level of obesity group and the secondary obesity group showed a significant increase.Compared with non-obesity and normal blood pressure group,the serum Hcy level of non-obesity hypertension group and obesityhypertension group increased significantly.Conclusion：Serum Hcy is an important risk factor in the process of hypertension and obesity.Detection of serum Hcy level has crucial clinical significance in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and obesity.
