摘　　要：针对水产品解冻水能量回收问题,比较了管式和板式换热器的优、缺点,介绍了不同类型换热器的工作原理和应用领域,就换热器中的污垢和腐蚀两方面作了重点介绍,在此基础上对焊接式板式换热器做了简要介绍。最终选取板式换热器作为解冻水能量回收的换热器。Considering the thawing water recovery of aquatic products,both tubular and plate heat exchangers were compared;and the plate heat exchanger’s working principle and application range were introduced,in-cluding both fouling and corrosion matters which troubling heat exchangers.The welded plate heat exchanger was discussed to select the plate heat exchanger as the one for the thawing water recovery of aquatic products.
