摘　　要：基于加氢换热器典型失效行为的产生机理和表现形式,将其归纳为腐蚀破坏失效、结晶结垢失效和密封泄漏失效3类,并对其进行了实例分析,同时提出相应的应对措施。Basing on analyzing the mechanism and forms of the hydrocracker heat exchanger’s failures,the failure behaviors were divided into the corrosion failure,the crystal scaling failure and the seal leakage failure, and these special failure forms were analyzed to propose their countermeasures so that the actual industrial ap-plication can be benefited.
