舒适护理干预对老年肺癌并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的舒适度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预对老年肺癌并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的舒适度及生活质量的影响。方法选择老年肺癌并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理干预基础上给予舒适护理干预。对两组患者的舒适度、焦虑(SAS)评分、生活质量及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组干预后的舒适度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的SAS评分明显低于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量综合评估问卷(GQOL-74)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺癌并发慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施舒适护理干预,可明显减轻患者的焦虑心理,改善患者的生活质量,提高舒适度和护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate effect of comfortable nursing intervention on comfortable degree and the quality of life in elderly patients with lung cancer complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Totally 80 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing intervention,while observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of control group. Comfortable degree,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） scores,global quality of life-74（ GQOL-74） scores and degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results（ 1） Comfortable degree in observation group（ 97. 5%） after intervention was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） SAS scores in observation group after intervention was significantly lower than before intervention and control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 3） GQOL-74 scores in observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 4） The satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention for elderly patients with lung cancer complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can relieve their anxiety,improve quality of life,and enhance comfortable degree and nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
