摘　　要：林业供应链协作是突破单个林业企业管理局限、提高林业供应链整体绩效的关键。以制造业供应链为比较对象,基于供应链协作特性分析框架,从协作目标、协作组织和协作过程三方面分析林业供应链的协作特性。结果表明:在林业供应链的协作目标方面要关注克服资源瓶颈制约、优化多元价值取向、保障林业生态安全等特性;在协作组织方面要把握组织结构多层次性、核心企业主宰性、营林主体高度分散性、自然系统和社会系统互利共生性等特性;在协作过程方面要充分考虑自然生产和社会生产交织性、区域跨度广泛性、响应需求时间滞后性和高风险性等特性。Forestry supply chain collaboration is the key to overcoming the limits of single forestry enterprise management and improving the performance of the forestry supply chain.Based on the analysis framework of features about supply chain collaboration,this paper analyzes collaboration characteristics of forestry supply chain from the three aspects of the collaboration objective,the collaboration organization and the collaboration process.Research shows that： on the objective of forestry supply chain collaboration,close attention should be paid to features in overcoming resources restrictions,optimizing the pluralistic value orientation and ensuring the safety of forestry ecological-industry symbiosis; On the organization of forestry supply chain collaboration,it is important to understand features in the multilayered organizational structure,the master of core enterprise,the high decentralization of foresters and the symbiosis between the natural system and social system. And on collaboration process,such features must be taken into consideration as the interweaving of the natural and social production,the extensive regional span,the time lag of demand response and the high risk.
