社会融合视阈中新生代农民工社会正义感研究

摘　　要：新生代农民工融入城市社会是一个漫长的过程,他们对基本发展权利、机会公平的正义诉求,造成了理想与现实的结构性紧张。在经历"遭遇不公正对待、心生焦虑、进而怨恨和积极抗争"等社会和心理事实后,这个群体形成了其特有的社会正义感。据此,从社会融合的要求来正确干预和引导新生代农民工的社会正义感就显得十分必要,要求应确保他们的起点公平,用制度保障他们的发展权益,注重社区道德发展以促进他们在社区的融合。There is a long way to go before the new generation migrant workers are integrated into the urban society.Their justice demands for basic development and fair opportunities lead to the structural tensions between their ideal and the reality.They have shaped their unique sense of social justice with their social and mental sufferings from injustice,anxiety,resentment and resistance. Therefore,to achieve a harmonious social integration,it is necessary to direct and intervene into their sense of social justice. To do this,three countermeasures（ ensuring fair starting point,establishing social systems to conduct and guarantee their future development,and focusing on the moral development of communities） were proposed.
