摘　　要：基于地缘性因素的存在和越南国内生存环境的恶化,越侨成为民国时期居滇外侨的主力。作者通过对民国时期越侨入滇的社会背景、分布、社会活动以及地方政府管理等方面的考察,揭示越侨在云南边疆地区社会活动的概貌和产生的社会影响,并从制度层面来探讨云南省管理越侨的各项措施。Due to the geographic reasons and deterioration of living conditions in Vietnam,Vietnamese constituted main foreigners living in Yunnan in period of ROC.Through review of social background,distribution,social activity of the Vietnamese people and local government's management,this article reveals Vietnamese's social activity and its social influence on Yunnan borderland area,discusses the policies to manage them by Yunnan Government.
