摘　　要：重庆地票交易制度作为一项试验性和创新性的土地管理改革制度,在实施过程中涉及多个相关利益主体,文章基于个体农民、地方政府、中央政府和土地开发商等利益主体之间的博弈策略,具体分析了重庆地票价格形成和地票收益分配的问题,并提出了相关政策建议。The rule of land ticket trading as a experimental and innovational reformation of land management in Chongqing, it involves multiple relevant stakeholders in the process of implementation. The paper based on the game strategy between individual farmers, local governments, central governments, land developers and so on, which detailed analyses problems about formation of ticket price and allocation to revenue and puts forward relevant recommendations in Chongqing.
