国家重点开发开放实验区产业发展的挑战及对策分析——以瑞丽为例

摘　　要：2012年国务院办公厅发布了"关于同意广西东兴、云南瑞丽、内蒙古满洲里重点开发开放试验区建设实施方案的函",确立了东兴、瑞丽、满洲里成为国家重点开发开放试验区。文章根据区域开发的相关理论,通过描述瑞丽开发开放实验区建设的进程,分析国家重点开发开放试验区建设过程中存在的挑战,并提出相应对策与建议,促进瑞丽开发开放实验区经济更快更好的发展。In 2012, the general office of the State Council published the file that agreed to the implantation of the national key experimental zones of development and openness in Dongxing of Guangxi, Ruili of Yunnan, Manzhouli of Inner Mongolia, which proposed to build Ruili, Dongxig and Manzhouli to the national key experimental zone of development and openness. According to the relevant theories of regional development, through the description of the development and openness of Ruili experimental zone construction process, this research analyzes on the challenge in the construction process of the key experiment zone of development and openness, some related countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development to enhance faster and better economic development and opening up of the Ruili experimentation zone.
