摘　　要：以我国航空制造企业知识管理现状为切入点,在研究知识管理相关理论的基础上,分析并提出知识管理基本策略,包括知识分类策略、编码绘图策略和个人化策略;同时,结合中航工业成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司知识管理的应用,有效地将标准化知识、个人知识和隐性知识相融合,构成以知识库、知识地图和知识社区为核心的知识管理平台;探讨了知识管理在航空制造企业中的实现方法与应用成果,以达到完善工艺设计流程、加快工艺准备速度、提高产品质量和节约制造成本的目的。To the status quo of China ’ s aviation manufacturing enterprise knowledge management as a starting point ,on the basis of theoretical research on knowledge management ,analyzed and proposed the basic strategy of knowledge management ,including knowledge classification strategy , coding mapping strategy , individual strategy;at the same time , combined with our knowledge management applications , effective integration standardized knowledge , personal knowledge and tacit knowledge , constituted knowledge management platform to knowledge base , knowledge maps , knowledge communities as the core;discusses the imple-mentation and application of the results of knowledge management in aviation manufacturing enterprise , in order to achieve the purposes of improved process design process ,accelerate the speed of process prepare ,improve product quality ,manufacturing cost savings.
