摘　　要：本文从经济全球化与金融合作理论的角度出发,对中国与哈萨克斯坦金融合作的现状做了系统的回顾和梳理;`对双方金融合作的动因及基础条件进行了分析;找出了金融合作的障碍与存在的问题;提出了中国与哈萨克斯坦金融合作的相关建议。on the economic globalization and financial cooperation theory point of view, the study provides a rather comprehensive and systematic review collation of the present situation of financial cooperation between China and Kazakhstan; Analyzed the motivation and basic conditions of financial cooperation; Find out the road- blocks and existing problems of financial cooperation; Put forth suggestions for financial cooperation between China and Kazakhstan which promote the substantive economic cooperation with Central Asian countries within the ＂SCO＂ framework; Must be firstly deepen financial cooperation, based on strengthening the function of cooperation steadily implementing systematic financial cooperation.
