摘　　要：首先回顾了煤炭价格研究的相关文献,然后从完全计划价格、多层次计划价格、双轨制价格和市场化价格等四个阶段回顾了我国煤炭价格机制的历史演变,接着阐述了目前煤炭定价机制存在的问题,最后结合煤炭企业发展的实际情况提出了完善煤炭定价机制的策略建议。This paper first reviewed relevant articles related to coal price, retrospect China＇s the historical evolution of China＇s coal price mechanism from the four stages of complete planned price, multilevel planned price, dual track price and market price, clarifies the current issues in coal pricing mechanism, and finally puts forward the strategic suggestion to improve the pricing mechanism by combing the actual development condition of the coal enterprises.
