超分子配合物[Cu(phen)_2Cl]NO_3·3H_2O与[Cu(bipy)(H_2O)_2SO_4]_n的合成和晶体结构

摘　　要：在水热条件下合成了2例铜(Ⅱ)的配合物[Cu(phen)2Cl]NO3·3H2O(1)和[Cu(bipy)(H2O)2SO4]n(2)(phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉,bipy=2,2′-联吡啶).通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行表征,并利用单晶X射线衍射法测定其结构.配合物1和2都属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.其中配合物1是单核小分子结构,Cu(Ⅱ)离子具有变形四方锥的配位环境,分别与2个邻菲罗啉配体上的4个氮原子和1个氯离子配位,离散的小分子通过π…π堆积作用形成平行于bc平面的2D层状结构,进一步通过氢键作用形成三维超分子结构.配合物2是一维无限链结构,Cu(Ⅱ)离子具有扭曲八面体配位环境,分别与2个联吡啶氮原子、2个水分子氧原子和2个SO2-4氧原子配位,SO2-4桥连相邻的Cu(Ⅱ)离子形成1D链结构,通过分子间氢键作用形成独特的双链结构,由于双链两侧的bipy分子之间的π…π堆积作用,形成平行于bc平面的2D超分子结构.此外研究了2例配合物的热稳定性.Two compounds[Cu（phen）2Cl]NO3·3H2O（1）and[Cu（bipy）（H2O）2SO4]n（2）were prepared by using the hydrothermal methods（phen=1,10-phenanthroline,bipy=2,2′-bipyridine）,and were characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal structure analysis.The characterization results of X-ray single-crystal diffraction show that the complexes 1 and 2 crystallized in monoclinic system with space group C2/c.Compound 1is a small molecule structure,in which the Cu（Ⅱ）ion is fivecoordinated by four N atoms from two phen ligands,and one Cl atom.The discrete molecules further extend into a 2Dsupramolecular framework viaπ…πstacking and hydrogen bond interactions.Compound2 generates 1Dinfinite chains,in which the Cu（Ⅱ）ion is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one bipy ligand,two oxygen atoms from two aqua ligands,and a pair of oxygen atoms from two different SO2-4ions,resulting in a distorted octahedral geometry.The SO2-4in2 serves as an unsymmetrical bridging ligand and links two adjacent Cu（Ⅱ）cations forming a 1Dinfinite chain.These chains are further linked together through hydrogen bonds to construct a unique double chain structure.The bipy ligands are arranged in bothsides of the double chain,and further linked into a 2Dlayer paralleling to the bc plane throughπ…πstacking interactions.Thermogravimetric analysis of two complexes have been investigated.
