摘　　要：在云计算与大数据等技术的推动下,将传统的单体楼宇智能变为集群化、规模化、集约化、矩阵化的新型产业模式已经成为趋势,云系科技无论在整体技术架构研究和商业模式实践上,都走出了一条传统行业向互联网转型的跨界之路,技术上兼顾了用户体验与扩展能力,商业模式上则注重多方共赢与可持续发展。With the development of technology of cloud computing and big data, it is the new trend that the traditional model of single smart building turns into cluster of, big scale of, intensive and matrix of model. In both research of technological structure and realization of commercial model, cloud technology is on the cross-over road whereby traditional industry is transformed into internet industry. In technology it takes accounts of both user experience and scalability, while in commercial model it emphasizes win-win strategy of multi-parties and sustainable development.
