摘　　要：ZYJ7电液转辙机在段管内大量上道使用,通过几年参与设备开通、维护和故障处理,积累了一些经验,结合该设备内部结构特点,介绍设备的日常维护保养以及故障分析处理,为现场维护人员提供技术帮助。ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic switch machines have been widely used in our division. Experiences were accumulated through years of participation in the commissioning, maintenance and fault treatment of the equipment. In combination with the characteristics of internal structure of the equipment, the daily maintenance and fault analysis and processing of the equipment are introduced in the hope of providing technical assistance for site maintenance personnel.
