摘　　要：随着中国高速铁路快速发展,优化和提高动车段(所)调车计划编制效率是提高检修效率的重要一环。系统使用计算机信息化技术,提供调车计划智能辅助编制、信息化存储和传输等功能,取代传统的Excel表格编制模式,提高调度效率,保障动车检修。With the development of Chinese high-speed railway,it is important to improve and optimize the procedures of shunting plan preparation in the Emu depot.Based on computer information technology,this system provides varieties of functions including intelligent assistance of planning,data storage,distributed network transmission and so on,and replaces conventional preparation manner of Excel table in a more efficient way and with more support for Emu Maintenance.
