摘　　要：结合电务工作实际,大力加强管理规范化、作业标准化、检查常态化建设,有效提升了职工队伍逐级负责、遵章守纪、按标作业的意识和行为管控能力,为确保行车安全打下坚实基础。Combined with the reality of SC work,it is necessary to vigorously strengthen the standardization of management and operation standardization and to establish normalization of examination and to effectively improve the staff＇s responsibility at all level by obeying rules and regulations and raising the level of standard operating consciousness and behavior control in order to ensure train operation safety.
