全密度装置高强度聚乙烯薄膜专用树脂的生产与应用

摘　　要：在大庆石化公司全密度聚乙烯（FDPE）装置上采用Unipol气相法工艺、丁烯-1为共聚单体生产高强度聚乙烯薄膜专用树脂,牌号为DGDB 6097。DGDB 6097的熔体流动速率（I2 1.6）为7~13 g/（10 min）,密度为0.945~0.951 g/c m3,拉伸屈服应力大于或等于19 MPa,拉伸断裂应力大于或等于23 MPa,断裂标称应变大于或等于500%。与相同工艺的通用薄膜专用树脂DFDA 7042相比,DGDB 6097树脂的密度高、拉伸强度大,强度优势明显;与同类产品高强度薄膜专用树脂DGDA 6098相比,力学性能、结晶性能、分子质量、分子质量分布及薄膜各项性能等均相当。DGDB 6097产品在大庆龙阳塑料制品有限公司吹塑生产手提袋等高强度薄膜,加工应用表明该树脂的加工性能和薄膜力学性能均满足用户和国家标准（GB 12025）要求。The full density polyethylene （FDPE） device of Daqing Petrochemical Company uses Unipol gas-phase process, butene-1 as a co-monomer, to produce high strength polyethylene film special resin, and its grade is DGDB 6097. The melt flow rate （121.6） of DGDB 6097 is 7-13 g/（10 rain）, the density is 0.945 0.951 g/cm3, the tensile yield stress is not less than 19 MPa, the tensile breaking stress is not less than 23 MPa, and the nominal strain at break is not less than 500%. Compared with the same generic process film special resin DFDA 7042, DGDB 6097 resin has high density and tensile strength, and has obvious advantages on strength; Compared with similar products high strength film special resin DGDA 6098, DGDB 6097 has similar mechanical properties, crystal properties, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and other film performances. DGDB 6097 is used in Daqing Longyang Plastics Products Co., Ltd., for blow molding handbag and other high-strength films. Processing applications indicate that processing performance and mechanical properties of the resin film are able to meet the requirements of users and the national standard （GB 12025）.
