内江市2004-2013年自然疫源性及虫媒传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析内江市2004-2013年自然疫源性及虫媒传染病流行病学特征,为预防与控制该类传染病提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析内江市2004-2013年自然疫源性及虫媒传染病发病资料。结果内江市自然疫源性及虫媒传染病发病率有下降趋势,2004-2008年以前发病率在2/10万左右波动,2008-2013年以后发病率均在1/10万左右波动。本地发病主要是狂犬病、钩体病、出血热以及乙脑,乙脑主要集中在隆昌县;钩体病主要集中在威远县;出血热、狂犬病以高度散发为主。斑疹伤寒、布病、登革热、疟疾、血吸虫均为输入性疾病,其中疟疾发病较高,发病人群主要是30∽50岁外出务工男性。结论依据各疾病的特点采取有针对性的预防控制措施,进一步控制该类传染病的发生与流行。Objective To analyze the epidemiologic features of natural focal infectious diseases and insect - borne infectious diseases in Neijiang city during 2004 - 2013, provide basis for prevention and control the in- fectious disease. Methods Description epidemiological method was used to analyze the incidence data of The natural focal infectious diseases and insect - borne infectious diseases in Neijiang city. Results The natural fo- cal infectious diseases and insect- borne infectious diseases incidence is dec , the incidence rate undula- ted about 2/100000 in 2004 -2008, the incidence rate undulated about 1/100000 in 2009 -2013. Local dis- ease mainly are rabies, hook, hemorrhagic fever and JE , JE mainly concentrated in Longchang county; The epidemic encephalitis b morbidity concentrates in Longchang, hook disease mainly concentrated in Weiyuan county, Hemorrhagic fever and rabies are sporadic. Macula typhus, brucellosis, Dengue fever, malaria and blood sucking insect are all input diseases, Malaria disease incidence rate is high , The morbidity crowd mainly is 30 -50 year old male who is migrant workers. Conclusions According to the characteristics of the disease to take targeted measures to prevent and control the occurrence and epidemic, so as to control of the disease further.
