宝鸡市城区老年人肺炎疫苗接种情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解影响老年人群肺炎疫苗接种率的因素,为相关卫生主管部门制定肺炎球菌疾病防治策略提供参考。方法以随机抽样的方式,在宝鸡市区选取居住1年以上、年龄≥60岁且自愿参加调查的老年人为对象,自制问卷调查表对其进行调查。结果影响老年人肺炎疫苗接种率的主要因素为:医疗卫生部门宣传力度不够,导致群众对肺炎疫苗知晓率低,正确认知缺乏。其次为价格偏高,超出了少数老人的心理承受。第三,医务人员对疫苗防病缺乏正确认知,不能向群众提供准确、完整的预防接种信息。结论卫生行政部门应加强老年人肺炎防病知识的广泛宣传,提高预防接种知识普及率;加强医务人员预防接种知识培训,及时、准确地为患者提供预防接种专业指导;建议将疫苗的预防接种费用纳入医保范围,减少受种者的经济负担,真正体现预防为主的方针,减少老年人肺炎感染和病例的发生。Objective To understand the influence factors of pneumonia vaccine inoculation rate for elderly people,provide a reference for the related departments of health develop pneumococcal disease prevention strategies. Methods In a random sampling way,select live more than 1 years,60 years of age or older and volunteered elderly people to participate in the survey,the self- made questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The main factors affecting the elderly pneumonia vaccination rates for medical and health departments are：Firstly,the lack of publicity,leading the masses awareness rate low for the pneumonia vaccine,lack of correct cognition. Secondly,the price is too high,beyond a few elderly people to bear psychologically. Thirdly,the medical staff lack the correct cognition of the vaccine prevention,cannot provide complete and accurate information to the masses of vaccination. Conclusions The health administrative departments should strengthen the widely publicized senile pneumonia prevention knowledge,improve the vaccination knowledge popularization rate; strengthen medical personnel vaccination knowledge training,provide professional guidance for patients with vaccination timely and accurately; vaccine vaccination recommendations will be included in the cost of coverage,reduce the economic burden of vaccine population,truly reflect the prevention policy,reduce the occurrence of senile pneumonia infection and cases.
