云母波片属性的分光光度计标定法

摘　　要：利用分光光度计测定了云母波片偏光透射干涉谱 ,通过对该光谱理论和实验上的分析 ,提出了云母波片属性的分光光度计标定法。利用该方法可以准确标定波片的 1/ 2或 1/ 4属性以及波片的快慢轴方向。We measured polarized transmission spectrum of a mica wave plate using spectrophotometer.According analysis of theory and experiment,a systematic way of measuring optic parameters of a mica wave plate with a spectrophotometer was put forward.By this means,we can demarcate the 1.2 or 1/4 character of a wave plate and the directions of fast and slow axes.
