异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料对深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料对深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法：选择本院2012年1-12月收治的深Ⅱ°烧伤患者120例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组60例,对照组采取常规清创包扎创面;观察组清创后给予异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料保护创面。比较两组患者创面愈合情况以及瘢痕增生情况。结果：观察组患者每人平均换药次数和愈合时间分别为（2.7±0.6）次和（14.1±4.3）天,优于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组患者住院期间2例（3.3%）出现创面感染,2例（3.3%）发烧,1例（1.7%）发生液化,不良反应5例（8.3%）,明显优于对照组13例（21.7%）,P〈0.05;观察组出现瘢痕增生39（65.0%）,明显低于对照组57（95.0%）,P〈0.05。结论：异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料可进一步保护深Ⅱ°烧伤创面,不仅可缩短愈合时间,且安全性较好。Objective： To observe the effect of Heterogeneous decellularized dermal matrix dressings for the healing of deep II°Burn wounds.Methods：Select 120 cases of patients with Heterogeneous decellularized dermal matrix dressings treated in the hospital from 2012 January-2012 year in December as the research object,they were divided into two groups according to random number table with 60 cases in each group,the control group adopted routine debridement and wound dressing;the observation group adopted the treatment of Heterogeneous decellularized dermal matrix dressings after debridement.Then compare the condition of wound healing and rebond hypertrophy between the two groups.Results：The average dressing change times and healing time were（2.7 ± 0.6） and（14.1 ± 4.3） days in the observation group and were better than the control group,P〈0.05;There were 2 cases（3.3%） of patients appeared wound infection,2 cases（3.3%）with a fever,1 cases（1.7%） liquefaction,the adverse reactions was 5（8.3%） in the observation group and significantly better than the control group of 13 cases（21.7%）,P〈0.05; the observation group appeared scar hyperplasia 39（65%）and significantly lower than the control group 57（95%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Heterogeneous decellularized dermal matrix dressings can further protected deep II° dressing and the burn wound,it not only can shorten the healing time and has better security,so it has important value.
