中山市某镇区2009～2013年健康体检妇女血脂水平分析

摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析中山某镇区2009-2013年健康体检妇女血脂检测结果,以了解该地区妇女人群的血脂水平现状并为血脂异常防治提供依据。方法：将每年在本院参加体检的妇女按年龄分为≤19岁组、20-29岁组、30-39岁组、40-49岁组、50-59岁组、60-69岁组和≥70岁组,共7组,测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）,分析不同年龄组间血脂血清学结果的差异及变化趋势,并比较该地区近5年血脂总体水平及总体异常率的差异。结果：TC、TG和LDL-C水平随着年龄的增长而逐渐增高（P〈0.01）,总体水平分别由2009年的4.86mmol/L、0.91mmol/L、2.16mmol/L上升至2013年的5.26mmol/L、1.15mmol/L、3.41mmol/L,增长率达8.2%、26.3%、57.9%（P〈0.01）,总体异常率分别由2009年32.7%、13.4%、5.3%上升至2013年49.8%、25.0%、49.0%（P〈0.01）;HDL-C随着年龄的增长而逐渐下降（P〈0.01）,总体水平下降2%,总体异常率变化不大。结论：该地区妇女人群血脂水平不仅随着年龄的增长在逐渐升高,而且近5年血脂总体水平和异常患病率逐年增高,血脂异常防控形势严峻。Objective： To realize the serum lipids of local women and suggest some preventive measure by means of analyzing the serum lipids of women attending medical examination in a town of zhongshan city from 2009 to 2013 retrospectively.Methods：The women attendding the examination annually were devided into 7 groups by age.Serum lipids were detected according to the Standard Operating Procedure of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,and the variation and tendency of women of different age groups were analyzed,and the total levels and total morbidity of serum lipids were compared the difference in these five years.Results：The serum lipids of TC,TG and LDL-C increase gradually with age and the total levels rose from 4.86 mmol/L,0.91 mmol/L,2.16mmol/L in 2009 to 5.26mmol/L,1.15mmol/L,3.41mmol/L in 2013.The growth rate of serum lipids came to 8.2%,26.3%,57.9%（P〈0.01） and the morbidity rose from 32.7%,13.4%,5.3% in 2009 to 49.8%,25.0%,49.0% in 2013（P〈0.01）.The serum lipids of HDL-C decreased gradually with age（P〈0.01）,and the total levels of HDL-C descended 2% and the morbidity were little change.Conclusion：The serum lipids of local women increase gradually with age,and the total levels and morbidity of serum lipids increase year by year in these five years.The prevention and control of the the serum Lipids is in a severe situation.
