摘　　要：目的:探讨阴茎血管重建术在血管性勃起障碍治疗方面的疗效及应用。方法:回顾复习血管性勃起障碍的治疗,并结合临床2例利用腹壁下动脉行阴茎背深静脉动脉化治疗血管性勃起障碍的手术治疗体会和疗效观察进行分析。结果:2例行阴茎背深静脉动脉化的患者术后效果满意,术后随访1年,自述晨起勃起反应正常,性生活时阴茎勃起正常,能够完成正常性生活,IIEF-5评分分别为20分、21分。结论:阴茎血管重建手术是临床治疗血管性勃起障碍的一种有效、安全的治疗方案。Objectives： To explore the curative effect and application of penile vascular reconstruction in the treatment of vascular erectile dysfunction（ ED）. Methods： Retrospective review of vascular treatment of ED was conducted. Curative effect of 2 cases of clinical use of arterialized abdominal artery penis back deep vein on the treatment of ED was analyzed. Results： 2 patients received the arterialized abdominal artery penis back deep vein treatment were satisfied. After 1 year postoperative follow-up,they reported normal morning erectile responses and penile erectile in sex life. They were able to complete sex life as normal,with IIEF-5 score 20 points and 21 points respectively. Conclusion： Penile vascular revascularization is an effective and safe way in the clinical treatment of vascular ED.
