不同方法治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究三种不同方法治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣的医学疗效,通过比较分析差异,找到其中更加高效的治疗方法。方法:选取90例2012年1月至2013年6月来我院进行治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣的患者,将其随机分成甲、乙、丙三组,每组各30例。甲组的患者使用疣体基底部缝扎手术切除,局部干扰素注入;乙组患者使用微波去除疣体之后,局部干扰素注入;丙组患者仅仅只是做疣体基底部缝扎手术切除,局部不做处理。详细记录三组治疗过程,痊愈时间以及复发情况等问题,对其进行详细的对比分析。结果:在整体的治疗过程中,乙组患者的出血量小于甲组和丙组,三者具有显著的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者创面愈合时间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后,乙组患者的有效率要显著地高于甲组和丙组的患者,三者差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合干扰素治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣,治疗过程出血量非常少,复发率较低,治疗费用较低,值得在临床上大力推广。Objectives： To study the efficacy of three different medical treatment methods of per anal huge genital warts by comparative analysis of the differences,to identify a more efficient treatment method. Methods： 90 patients in our hospital for treatment of per anal giant condyloma from January 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into A,B,C groups of 30 patients each. Patients of Group A received the bottom wart-based ligation surgery,with topical interferon injection; Group B patients received local injection of interferon after removal of the wart by microwave; Group C patients just received the bottom wart-based ligation surgery. Detailed records of the three groups during the treatment,recovery time,and recurrence were recorded and analyzed comparatively in detail. Results： In the overall course of treatment,the amount of bleeding in patients of Group B was less than that of Group A and C,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in the healing time of the three groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the efficiency of patients in Group B was significantly higher than that of Group A and Group C,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Microwave combined with interferon is very effective in treatment of per anal huge genital warts,with very small amount of bleeding during treatment,low recurrence rate and low treatment costs,which is clinically promoting.
