免疫治疗联合心理疏导对心理评估差的复发性流产患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗同种免疫因素和不明原因的RSA患者过程中,专业的心理疏导治疗对心理评估差的该类患者分娩率的影响。方法:选取2011年至2013年度来我院进行免疫治疗且已知妊娠结局的55位情况相近的RSA患者作为研究对象,通过就诊初期专业的心理评估后得到符合条件的心理评估较好的10例和心理评估差的45例患者。心理评估较好的行常规淋巴细胞免疫治疗。心理评估差的一组行淋巴细胞免疫治疗,为常规治疗组,22例;另一组除行淋巴细胞免疫治疗并加以专业的心理疏导治疗,为联合治疗组,23例。比较心理评估较好组、常规治疗组、联合治疗组三组分娩率差异。结果:心理评估较好组分娩100%,常规治疗组分娩率85%,联合治疗组分娩率95%。结论:心理因素对RSA患者治愈影响很大,免疫治疗联合专业心理疏导对提高心理评估差的RSA患者疗效显著。Objectives： To explore the effects of professional psychological counseling on the delivery rate at the process of immunotherapy treatment iso-immunization factor and unexplained RSA patients with poor psychological assessment results. Methods： 55 RSA patients with similar pregnancy outcome after immunotherapy treatment in our hospital between 2011 and 2013 were selected as the research objects. Through the initial professional psychological assessment,all the patients were divided into two groups： 10 cases with good results and 45 cases with poor result. The 10 patients with good results were treated by routine lymphocyte immunotherapy. 22 patients with poor results were treated by routine lymphocyte immunotherapy too; and the other 23 poor result patients were treated by immunotherapy combined professional psychological counseling. The delivery rate of the good result group,routine treatment group and combined treatment group were compared. Results： The delivery rate of the good result group,routine treatment group and combined treatment group was 100%,85% and 95% respectively. Conclusion： Psychological factors influence the curative effect of immunotherapy on RSA patients significantly,and immunotherapy combined with professional psychological counseling can improve the delivery rate of RSA patients with poor psychological assessment results significantly.
