摘　　要：简述了壳牌煤气化工艺中粉煤加压与输送单元的工艺流程、操作条件和对耐磨阀门的技术要求,分析了粉煤加压与输送单元硬密封球阀的故障原因。介绍了单盘阀的工作原理及结构特点,在神华煤制油鄂尔多斯分公司SCGP粉煤加压与输送单元的高压平衡管线上使用后,阀门动作顺畅、无卡涩内漏现象,可满足工艺要求。The technological process and operational conditions of the pulverized coal pressurization and the feeding unit of the Shell Coal Gasification Process（SCGP） were sketched, and the failure causes of hard sealing ball valve applied in the unit were analyzed. The working principles and structural features of the single disc valve were introduced. After being applied in the high pressure equilibrium line of the Ordos Coal-to-Liquids Branch Company, the single disc valve worked smoothly, and that met the process requirement and solved the problem of internal leakage.
