摘 要:合肥滨湖会展中心登录大厅为新型的大跨度拱形管桁刚架空间网格钢结构,主拱桁架柱脚通过抗震支座与下部基础连接,主拱桁架梁与预应力混凝土基础梁构成自平衡受力体系。采用MIDAS软件对登录大厅钢结构施工全过程进行了仿真模拟,确定了分段吊装和高空散装相结合的综合施工方法。总结了主拱桁架柱、主拱桁架梁的安装技术,研究了拱桁架预应力基础梁张拉控制方法,并对承重支架卸载过程中结构关键构件应力的实测值与计算值进行了比较,该施工技术可为我国类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。Entry hall of Hefei Binhu Exhibition Center is a novel space grid steel structure of large-span arch truss. The primary arch truss column and foundation are connected by seismic bearing. The primary arch truss beam and prestressed concrete foundation beam form a self-equilibrium system. In this paper, the whole construction process of entry hall structure is simulated using commercial software MIDAS. Based on the analysis results,a comprehensive construction method of segmental hoisting and high bulk combination is determined, and the installation method of primary arch truss columns and beams is summarized. In addition,the tension control method of the prestressed arch truss beam is studied. The stress predictions at key locations are verified using the measured values during unloading process of support frames. The construction technology presented here provides a good reference for future design and construction of similar projects.
