沿海医院临床科室纸塑包装无菌物品定位标识保存质量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨沿海医院临床科室纸塑包装无菌物品在高温潮湿环境下保存质量的有效方法。方法将纸塑包装灭菌包随机分为试验组和对照组,每组160包。发到临床科室,分别存放于同一治疗室两个不同的无菌物品存放柜内,试验组包外标识和柜内存放位置均统一定位标识,灭菌包标识朝外,塑面同一方向侧放于相应位置。对照组包外标识位置不统一规定,按习惯存放。两组灭菌包每日常规清点、检查,每月定期抽检相同数量灭菌包目测外包装的完好性和细菌检测。结果纸塑包装袋有受潮、脏污、明显皱褶、破损的情况,试验组和对照组分别为4件次和66件次,两组各因素间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);试验组保存期内器械细菌监测阳性份数为0份,对照组为18份,前4个月内两组细菌污染比较无显著性差异,后2个月比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);有效期内灭菌包总合格率试验组97.50%,对照组68.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论纸塑包装无菌物品采用定位标识保存,有利于保持无菌物品和存放环境的干燥,保持纸塑包装袋的完好性和良好的无菌屏障系统功能,保证医疗安全,节省医疗资源。Objective To explore the effective methods that improve the sterile product packaging quality of clinical de‐partments in coastal area in hot and humid environment .Methods Two sets of paper plastic packaging sterilization packages were allocated to clinical departments ,and stored in two different sterile storage cabinet at the same therapeutic room ,the test group package identification and cabinet position were marked the same ,sterilization package marks were outward ,with the side surface at the corresponding position .However ,the logo position of the control group was stored as custom .All the packages were regular check and inspection ,The packaging integrity and bacteria were regular inspected .Results The damp ,dirty ,obvious pucker ,broken situation of the test group and the control group were 4 times ,66 times respectively , two groups were statistically significant differences in comparisons of various factors ,P〈0 .01 .The bacteria monitoring in packages instruments were detected positive 0 in the test group and 18 in the control ,there was no statistically significant in this groups within the first four months ,and with statistically significant difference after that ,P〈0 .05 .The total qualified rate of test group and the control were 97 .50% and 68 .33% ,statistical significance difference in this two ,P〈0 .01 .Con‐clusions Positioning identity preserved in plastic packaging sterile packages was effectively improving the quality of preser‐vation and medical safety ,also economizing the medical resources .
