摘 要:目的:讨论医护一体化在乳腺科患者全程管理中的应用效果。方法:我科2013年1月开始实施医护联合查房、告知病情,并针对新人院、手术前后、化疗期、出院等不同时期患者进行健康宣教和心理干预。比较实施前后医生与患者对护理工作满意度。结果:医生与患者对护理工作满意度均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:通过采用医护一体化进行患者全程管理,提高了护士专科技能水平和护理质量,提高了医生和患者对护理工作满意度,构建了和谐的医护患关系。Objective:To discuss the effect of the medical integration mode application in clinical nursing care.Method:Our hospital started to carry out the medical integration mode for inpatients,including joint ward rounds of doctors and nurses,health education and psychological intervention to newly hospitalized,perioperative period,chemotherapy period,discharge patients and so on.Doctors' and patients' satisfaction towards nurses were surveyed.Results:The satisfaction towards nurses was statistically higher than before(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Through the application of the medical integration mode,we improved the level of the nurse specialist skills and nursing quality,improved the doctors' and patients' satisfaction towards nursing job,built a harmonious medical patient relationship.
