摘  要:目的:建立以小群体为基础的情景模拟训练方案应用于肠造口患者中,观察其对肠造口患者自我效能的影响。方法:本研究纳入肠造口患者48例,分成5个小群体组,每组8-12例。建立幻灯片讲解、观看多媒体录像、兴趣活动、模拟训练4项情景模拟训练方案。术后3个月时采用造口患者自我效能量表(Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale)中文版进行调查,评估肠造口患者的自我效能感得分。结果:肠造口患者的自我效能感得分在术后3个月时高于国内横断面调查结果,处于中高水平。结论:以小群体为基础的情景模拟训练方案可以提高肠造口患者早期的自我效能。Objective: To explore the effects of small group scenario simulation training on enterostomy patients' selfefficacy. Methods: Forty eight patients after enterostomy were divided into five small groups, 8-12 patients in each group. The scenario simulation training scheme included slides speech, multimedia video, group activities and simulation training. The patients' self-efficacy was measured with the Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale after three months. Results: Postoperative patients had middle to high levels of self-efficacy. The scores were higher than that in a domestic cross-sectional survey. Conclusion: The small group scenario simulation training scheme could improve enterostomy patients' self-efficacy in early stage.
