摘　　要：本文就国内外糖尿病痛苦测量工具及干预手段的研究进展进行综述,以期为国内糖尿病痛苦患者筛查和治疗提供理论依据,从而预防患者严重心理疾病的发生,提高其自我管理能力及生活质量。This article summarized overseas and domestic research of measure tools and interventions about diabetes distress in order to provide theory basis for screening and treatment in domestic patients with diabetes distress, to avoid severe mental diseases, and to improve the ability of self-management and quality of life.
