摘　　要：目的 :调查子宫颈癌患者的性生活质量现状,并探讨其影响因素,为今后的护理干预提供依据。方法 :采用女性性功能量表(FSFI)对215例子宫颈癌住院患者进行调查。结果 :子宫颈癌患者的性生活指数得分为(20.65±4.77)分,多元线性回归结果显示,化疗、职业、分期和居住地是子宫颈癌患者性生活质量的预测因子。结论 :子宫颈癌患者的性生活状况总体处于障碍水平;影响因素分析可以为护理人员采取相应措施提供参考,以有效改善子宫颈癌患者性生活质量,从而提高患者的生命质量。Objective： To investigate the level and influencing factors of female sexual function in the patients with cervical caner. Methods： Totally 215 patients with cervical caner were investigated with a demographic questionnaire and the Female Sexual Function Index（FSFI）. Results： The score of FSFI was 20.65±4.77. Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of female sexual function were radiation therapy, patients＇ occupation, tumor stage and residence which explained 21.7% variation in the female sexual function. Conclusion：The sexual function of patients with cervical caner were at the female sexual disfunction levels. Nursing staff should take action to improve the patients＇ female sexual function and quality of life.
