摘　　要：通过对咽喉肿瘤术后患者进行吞咽训练,呼吸道湿化维护、语言沟通、家庭气管切开换药、气管内套管消毒方法,出院后堵管和脱管预防方法的指导,以及进行随访和居家护理,使患者在出院时及出院后在疾病知识的掌握、训练方法的知晓,自我照护能力及接受随访的态度和行为上有了较大改善,从而提高了患者的生活质量及满意度。We established throat tumor swallowing training method, respiratory tract humidifying maintenance method, language communication method, family tracheostomy dressing change and endotracheal tube disinfection care method, prevention methods for pipeline blockage and dropping off after discharge, and follow-up and family care mode. These measures could improve patients＇ mastery of disease knowledge and training method, self-care ability, attitude and behavior of receiving follow-up during hospitalization and after discharge, and patients＇ quality of life and satisfaction.
