摘　　要：制定并应用颈椎前路手术患者呼吸道管理记录表对颈椎前路手术患者实施呼吸道管理,以减少呼吸道并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。在查阅文献资料并对既往出现呼吸道问题的病例进行分析和讨论的基础上,总结出可能导致的呼吸道问题及相关因素,制定并应用颈椎前路手术患者呼吸道管理记录表。有效地规范了护理活动,提高了护理满意度,增加了患者知识掌握程度,保障了患者安全,提高了专科护理质量。Respiratory tract management sheet for patients with anterior cervical operation was designed and applied in order to reduce respiratory complications and improve the success rate of surgery. Based on literature review and analysis of the previous cases of respiratory complications, the influencing factors that may lead to respiratory problems were summarized, and then respiratory tract management sheet for patients with anterior cervical operation was designed and applied. The respiratory tract sheet could standardize specific surgical nursing, improve nursing satisfaction and reducing the occurrence of postoperative respiratory complications. Therefore, it could ensure the safety of patients and improve nursing care quality.
