摘　　要：目的:观察腹部取穴结合安神取穴治疗胃肠神经症的临床疗效。方法:将90例符合标准的胃肠神经症患者随机分为治疗组和两个对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用腹部取穴结合安神取穴治疗,对照组1采用单纯腹部取穴治疗,对照组2采用单纯安神取穴,比较3组治疗前后的BSS评分。结果:3组治疗后BSS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BSS评分与两个对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部取穴结合安神取穴治疗胃肠神经症有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points for treating gastrointestinal neurosis.Methods：Ninety patients with gastrointestinal neurosis were randomly di-vided into a treatment group and two control groups,with thirty in each group.The treatment group was inter-vened by abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points.The first control group was intervened by ab-dominal acupuncture and the second control group was intervened by sedative points.Results：Three groups had significant changes in BSS score after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was a significant difference between the treat-ment group and two control groups according to BSS score after treatment （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points for the treatment of gastrointestinal neurosis has a good efficacy.
