齐刺滞针经筋疗法对膝骨性关节炎镇痛及改善症状研究

摘　　要：目的:观察齐刺滞针经筋疗法对膝骨性关节炎疼痛及症状改善作用。方法:选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例,按随机数字表法随机分为3组,齐刺滞针经筋疗法治疗组、针刺对照组、西药对照组,每组30例,观察3组治疗前后症状、体征、膝痛程度改善情况。结果:3组治疗方案在对改善膝痛、症状、体征方面均有效,齐刺滞针经筋疗法治疗组优于针刺对照组及西药对照组。结论:齐刺滞针经筋疗法可有效镇痛及改善症状,全面提高生活质量。Objective：To observe pain symptom and efficacy on knee osteoarthritis（ KOA） treated by multi-needling in muscle meridian focus.Methods：90 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected;the cases were randomly divided into three groups,a treatment group, an acupuncture control group and a west-ern medicine control group,with 30 cases in each group.KOA clinical symptom and physical sign score and the pain symptom score were observed before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment among the patients in each group,respectively.The efficacies were compared among three groups.Results：2 weeks after treatment,the total score of clinical symptom and physical sign and the pain symptom of the patients in each group were decreased significantly compared with that before treatment.The improvements of the symptom and physical sign and the pain symptom in the treatment group were better than those in other two groups.Conclusion：Knee Osteoarthritis treated by multi-needling in muscle meridian focus could effectively improve clinical symptom and physical sign score and the pain symptom.
