“皮层-咽部-舌根”序贯针刺法治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍临床分析与机理探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察"皮层-咽部-舌根"序贯针刺法治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法:将62例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受"皮层-咽部-舌根"序贯针刺治疗,即分别在头皮、咽部及舌根进行针刺治疗,两组均接受基础治疗。每日治疗1次,每次30 min,连续治疗21天。应用洼田饮水试验进行评价。结果:在治疗21天后,洼田饮水分级评分对照组组内治疗前后比较P<0.05,治疗组组内疗前疗后比较P<0.01,治疗组与对照组组间疗后评分比较P<0.05;在总有效率方面治疗组与对照组比较P<0.05,愈显率方面P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:"皮层-咽部-舌根"序贯针刺法治疗较单纯药物治疗能够更好的改善脑出血后吞咽障碍。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of cortex-throat-root of the tongue sequential acupunc-ture on the dysphagia after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods： 62 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received cortex-throat-root of the tongue sequential acupunc-ture therapy,and both of the two groups received the basic treatment,with 30 minutes of the treatment one time daily,and then observe the curative effect after continuous 21 days treatment.Water-swallowing test was used to evaluate effects.Results：21 days after treatment, there was a significant difference between the water-swal-lowing test in the control group compared with that before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was a signif-icant difference between the water-swallowing test in the treatment group compared with that before and after treatment.The improvement of dysphasia in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（ P〈0.01）;compared the treatment group with the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the area of the total efficiency（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cortex-throat-root of the tongue sequential acupuncture therapy can better improve dysphagia after cerebral hemorrhage.
