摘 要:涡轮叶片作为燃气轮机的重要部件,长期在高温、高压、高速旋转的环境中工作,其热障涂层极易损坏。热障涂层损坏会极大地影响涡轮叶片的使用寿命。红外热波检测技术不同于传统的红外检测方法,它通过主动控制激励热源来对涡轮叶片进行加热,然后利用红外热像仪摄取具有热障涂层脱落情况叶片的红外图像,并使用伪彩色增强技术和边缘检测技术增强对红外图像中热障涂层缺陷的分辨能力。实验结果表明,该检测技术可以快速准确地检测出热障涂层脱落部分的位置及大小。A gas turbine blade is always working in a high temperature,high pressure and high speed rotating environment. The thermal barrier coating of the turbine blade is easy to be broken. If thermal barrier coating falls off,it will have a great influence on the service life of the turbine blade. The infrared thermal inspection technology is different from the traditional infrared inspection methods. It actively controls and drives the heat source to heat the turbine blade. Then the infrared image with thermal barrier fell off can be got by infrared thermal imager. And in the mean time the pseudo-color enhancement technology and edge detection technology are used to enhance the capabilities of distinguishing thermal barrier coating defect in the infrared image. The experimental results show that this technology can fastly and accurately ascertain the size and location where the thermal barrier coating falls off.
