摘 要:炼油厂产的混合C4产品经过MTBE醚化、芳构化后,w(烯烃)由44.928%降低到4.512%,这部分混合C4物料经过裂解温度(COT)为838、848、858、865℃,m(稀释蒸汽)∶m(进料)为0.45、0.50、0.55、0.60的裂解条件下评价研究证明,可不需要加氢处理而直接作为乙烯原料进行裂解反应,既解决了乙烯原料紧缺问题,又提高了企业经济效益,混合C4作乙烯原料较理想COT约为858℃。The content of olefin in the mixed C4 from oil refinery was reduced from 44.928% to 4.512 % after MTBE etherification and aromatization.The mixed C4 used directly as ethylene raw material without hydrogenation was tested by simulant experiment of ethylene cracking with the dilution ratio of 0.45,0.50,0.55,0.60 and the coil outlet temperature (COT) at 838,848,858 and 865 ℃,respectively.This process not only solved the shortage of ethylene raw material,but also improved the profit of enterprise.It was found simultaneously that the suitable COT for the mixed C4 as ethylene raw material was about 858 ℃.
