摘 要:综述了30多年特别是近10年以来,我国在矿井建设、巷道掘进、综采设备、辅助运输、露天开采、煤炭洗选等方面的装备研发取得重要突破,但设备能力、可靠性、智能化和信息化等指标偏低,技术水平落后于国际同行近10年;分析了国内煤机产业发展现状及趋势;提出了国内急需攻克机械化凿井装备、巷道高效快速掘进支护技术装备、工作面装备智能化控制系统、薄煤层机械化开采装备、大功率设备软启动技术与装备、多功能低污染无轨辅助运输装备、大型露天煤矿成套装备、智能化高效分选技术装备方面的核心技术。Equipments research and development in mine construction,roadway driving,full-mechanized mining equipment,auxiliary transportation,surface mining and coal washing of China has made important progress in recent 30 years,especially recent 10 years. But some indices including equipment ability,reliability,intelligentization and informatization has 10 years' technical gap from international level. Development state and tendency of domestic coal machinery industry was analyzed. Key technologies needed to be overcome for China was put forward which include mechanized shaft sinking equipments,high-efficiency and fast driving and supporting equipments,intelligent control system for mining face,mechanized mining equipments for thin coal-seam,soft-start technology and equipment with large power,multi-function and low-pollution trackless transportation equipment,large surface mine equipments,intelligent and high-efficiency washing equipment.
