摘 要:为实现刮板输送机链条状态的实时监测,对刮板输送机链条张力监测的理论及方法进行了探讨研究。建立了刮板输送机预张紧力模型,确定了机头部松边链条的悬垂量在不同链条状态下具有独立区别的特征,为理想的链条状态监测点;研究了机头部松边悬垂量和次小张力的关联机理,为电感式接近位移传感器的安装提供理论基础。实践应用表明:所述的链条张力状态监测方法具有可实施性和高可靠性。In order to realize real-time monitoring chain state of scraper conveyer,the pre-tension model of scraper conveyer was set up and it was obtained that amount of suspension of slack side chain had distinct characteristic under different chain states and was ideal monitoring point. The related mechanism of slack side suspension amount and second-small tension was researched,which provided theory basis for installation of inductive displacement transducer. Practice showed that this chain tension monitoring method had enforceability and high reliability.
