摘 要:基于新疆伊犁一矿3煤层为特厚煤层及顶底板强度低、胶结性差、易崩解、遇水易软化的工程实况,分析了伊犁一矿马头门两侧巷道围岩的变形破坏特征,得出伊犁一矿软岩巷道围岩失稳机制,指出原有支护系统护表和主动支护强度低、地应力大是导致巷道破坏和支护失效的主要原因。提出了副立井马头门两侧巷道采用"强护表+锚网索+架棚"联合支护技术方案。现场监测结果表明:该支护技术基本能够避免软岩巷道的多次翻修,实现支护一次到位。Coal and its roof and floor in 3rd coal-seam of Yili 1st Mine has low strength and bad cementing property and is liable to disintegration and soften. By analyzing deformation and failure characteristic of roadway surrounding rock at two sides of ingate,surrounding rock instability mechanism was obtained. It was indicated that low active supporting strength of former supporting system and large geo-stress were main cause of roadway failure and supporting invalidation. Applying combined supporting of "strong protecting surface + anchored mesh and cable + shed" for roadways of two sides of auxiliary shaft ingate was put forward. On-the-spot observation showed that this supporting technology could avoid multi-time rebuilding of soft roadway and realize one-time supporting.
