摘 要:为了降低综采工作面的粉尘浓度,对平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司五矿综采工作面各作业工序粉尘浓度进行现场测定并分析,结果表明:割煤作业时滚筒附近粉尘浓度急剧增加,随后又迅速下降;移架作业时在移架点下风侧5 m粉尘浓度达到最大;转载作业时在转载点处粉尘浓度急剧增加,随后缓慢下降。针对目前粉尘控制方面的不足之处,结合各工序的产尘特点,提出了煤层注水、降尘水幕、气水喷雾等粉尘控制技术措施。经现场实际应用表明,所采取的粉尘控制技术效果显著,全尘降尘率达到了75.5%,呼尘降尘率达到63.8%。In order to reduce dust concentration of full- mechanized mining face,dust concentration of every process of full-mechanized mining face,5th Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal was measured. Analysis result showed that during coal mining,dust concentration abruptly rose near the rollers of coal cutter and rapidly declined; during moving supports,dust concentration at 5m down from moving point reached the maximum; in transiting,dust concentration at the transiting point sharply rose and then slowly declined. For the problem in dust control,considering dust production characteristic of every process,water infusion in coal-seam,dust-reduction water curtain and gas-water spraying were put forward. On-the-spot application showed that the effect of dust control technology was excellent. All dust reduction ratio reached 75. 5%,respirable dust reduction reached 63. 8%.
